Right of Cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
This period begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the shipping carrier, receive the goods.
To cancel your order, you must notify us via email at contact@pensato.com or through our Contact Form, clearly stating that you wish to withdraw from the contract. To simplify the process, you may use our cancellation contact form.
It is sufficient to notify us of your cancellation within the 14-day cancellation period.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received, including shipping costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our offered standard shipping). The refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date you communicated your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

PENSATO SARL will not accept any returns of opened bottles, containers, or products that have been partially consumed. The same applies to damaged goods. The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer, and all direct costs for returning the goods must be borne by you.
If the goods are returned in a deteriorated condition due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify their characteristics and function, you may be liable for compensation.

Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to:
- Goods that, due to their nature, are unsuitable for return delivery, including audio, video, and software products if the packaging seal has been broken;
- Goods that are made to customer specifications or personalized to meet individual requirements;
- Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., unsealed goods that have been tried or used).
Returns Handling
To ensure a smooth cancellation process, we kindly ask that you return the goods in their original packaging, including all packaging components, or in other suitable transport packaging.
We recommend that you request a signed receipt from the shipping carrier for the returned goods and retain this receipt until the returns process is fully completed.
