CHILI PEPPER OLIVE OIL

A spicy combination of Peranzana olives infused with Calabrian chilis.

Both harvested by hand, the olives are cold pressed in the traditional pink granite mills. We subsequently infuse fresh chili peppers to this delicate extra virgin olive oil, this process captures the taste of chili and spices up our extra virgin olive oil.

INGREDIENTS: extra virgin olive oil and Calabrian chili peppers.

Spicy arrabbiata pasta, wood-fired pizza drizzle, grilled shrimp with chili oil, roasted vegetables with a kick, marinated olives, spicy bruschetta, grilled steak with chili infusion, seafood linguine, charred corn with chili and lime, creamy burrata with a hint of spice.
