Product Description

Made from the must of cooked Trebbiano grapes and aged for 5 years in oak barrels and cherry barrels. It is transferred yearly to smaller barrels. This aged artisanal balsamic vinegar characterizes a soft and dense balance of taste. A few drops will enlighten your culinary dishes.
