Product Description

Tapenade is a Provençal dish consisting of puréed or finely chopped olives and olive oil. There are many ways to savour Tapenade: it can be served with vegetables, fish or meat, and is sometimes used as a stuffing. You can spread it on artisan bread or crackers as an hors d’oeuvre, or, for a real dish, try it on top of a baked potatoes or toss it with pasta: a culinary delight!

INGREDIENTS: Peranzana olives, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, garlic, fennel seeds, chili pepper and lime juice.
