A truly exceptional olive oil, impossible to find elsewhere — produced only once a year and meant to be enjoyed within two months after opening.

Normally, this oil is never commercialized, as it is meant to be savored immediately, straight at the mill.

Novello is the producers’ vintage olive oil — as if you were tasting the freshly pressed olive, pure, vibrant, and alive. Its aromatic intensity is incomparable: green, lively, fruity, and peppery.
