Normally, this oil is never commercialized, as it is meant to be savored immediately, straight at the mill.

Novello is the producers’ vintage olive oil — as if you were tasting the freshly pressed olive, pure, vibrant, and alive.

Its aromatic intensity is incomparable: green, lively, fruity, and peppery.

This year, we decided to share this privilege with you, as if you were with us during the harvest, among our centuries-old olive groves.
