Riserva olive oil is not like the others.
Crafted on our family estate in Puglia, it comes from a small, mineral-rich plot where century-old olive trees still thrive.
The Peranzana olives, hand-picked very early in October, are raw, firm, and intensely aromatic.
They are then cold-pressed the very same day in our traditional stone mills, using a precise and demanding artisanal method that preserves all their nutritional and aromatic qualities.
The result: a pure, fruity, vibrant, and lightly peppery extra virgin olive oil, rich in polyphenols, with an exceptionally low acidity (0.2%).
Produced in very limited quantities, it is intended for those who seek only the finest.

Use sparingly, as a finishing touch. Elevates summer salads, tomatoes, burrata, vegetables, grilled meats, fish, or simply crusty bread.
